Subprocessors

Overview
To provide and operate the AndonPulse service (“Service”), AndonPulse may engage third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to process Customer Data on our behalf. A Subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by us to support the delivery of the Service and who may have access to or process Customer Data. We carefully evaluate all Subprocessors to ensure they maintain appropriate security, confidentiality, and data protection standards.

Adding or Replacing Subprocessors
We may update this list from time to time as we add or replace vendors used to deliver the Service. Customers will be notified of material changes to our Subprocessors in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
Security and Data Protection
All Subprocessors are required to:
- process Customer Data only on our instructions
- implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable
Where required, we enter into data processing agreements with our Subprocessors to ensure adequate protection of Customer Data.
